Dodger Game with the Spott guys

Jan's guys got a chance to go to a Dodger/Indians game in LA. Unfortunately, a couple of the guys couldn't go - so Garrett and I got to tag along. This is Brenton and his wife Summer in the back with our asleep Garrett. (Matt and Angela - that's Matt on the side! He is alive and well.)
I guess he needed to rest up for the game. It worked, he was great!

This is Saul, Matt, Steven, Brenton and Summer. We had a great time! (And Angela, your brother is a lot of fun! We had a great conversation on the way to the game. What a put together, intelligent young man!)

Garrett after the 10 inning game. He watched the game intently for over 5 innings. I was pretty proud. Some adults can't even do that! He was so cute, the lady sitting next to him gave him his own Dodger Hat. He was pretty excited...even though Daddy called him a traitor. :)

Catching Up

Sorry it has been so long since I posted. This pregnancy has been ... well, I'm tired of being sick. So todays task was to catch everyone up, and hopefully clean out the fridge without loosing lunch.
We will start back in Idaho. This is our morning scripture study. I love seeing the two girls and the cat. Cracks me up. Kaile was helping Claire read.

This was what our packing day before moving day was like. Lots of snow. We finally had to rock salt the moving truck ramp because it froze and was a solid sheet of ice. Luckily it was fairly nice for our moving day.

This is Garrett saying goodbye to his friend Daniel from down the street. We were all packed up, had the cat in the car, made our final check of the house, and got in the car to leave...and we couldn't find the cat. I looked all over the car, the house, the yard...we got the entire neighborhood involved in finding Kaile's cat. After searching for over an hour, we finally decided that we had to leave without her (we had to pick up my mom at the SLC airport), and hopefully the neighbors would find her. Poor Kaile was a mess. And I wasn't much better. We drove for about 30 minutes, and all of a sudden the cat came popping out from above my gas pedal and ran to Kaile. Who knows what she had been doing up there, sleeping? Kaile started crying again she was sooo happy. Here is a relieved picture of Kaile.
This is my farewell to the snow picture. That's Jan in the Penske in front of us.

Luckily for me my mom flew in to Salt Lake and helped me drive home. Thanks mom! It was a long day. At that time I didn't know I was expecting...just knew I was really tired and thought it was from all the moving. duh.

Now to California...

This is Kaile and her cousin Kaylee having a sleepover. They both LOVE to read. In fact, Kaile got the first four books of the Nancy Drew series and has already eaten them up. Thank heavens for the library or I would be broke!

This is the ONLY picture I got of Kaile from her baptism. It was a great day. We had over 100 people at her baptism and had to move it in to the chapel. She felt very loved.

These are my cuddlies. I don't know if it is because they are closer in age or not, but they are always cuddling. Garrett usually takes really good care of Claire.

This is Eric (Jan's dad), Garrett and Jan at our ward's father and sons campout. Garrett had a great time with his friends, and Jan actually kept him pretty clean!

These are some beach pics from our last trip there. Fun with Daddy.

Kaile and her cousin Kaylee.

Kaile and Garrett had a great time wakeboarding. They LOVE the water.

These are pictures of Claire's 3rd birthday. She is such a cute girl.

Sorry about the long absence. I will try to keep up more often. Hopefully I am almost done being sick. If you want to see more pictures, go to my facebook page. It is easier to upload pictures there.
